We are an Orange County based home inspection service serving the greater Southern California area.

Our goal is to provide our clients with a quality service leaving them with professional information they can use in making strategic decisions.

With his investigative type personality, industry training and trustworthiness, Tim the inspector will be able to give you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and possible solutions

Tim's education and training in home inspection, plus his impeccable mechanical skills and 20 years experience as a foreman in the Union Trades makes him diligent in performing a proper inspection.

Tim's wife Nancy facilitates the start of the report process in conjunction with the inspection in order for a timely turn around for the customer.
